All mounted on coated steel frame with lifting eyes and fitted with vibration dampers.

Heavy epoxy treated steel with lifting hooks and vibration dampeners.

Motor
3 phase, class f, protected by a thermal overload switch.

Pump
Low rotating "triplex" plunger HP pump suitable for temperature to 30º C. Double pressure packings with water spill venting. Oil-bath mechanical parts with spec cooling system and splash lubrication. Only periodical oil check / change are required. All parts subject to wear are easely reached and can be replaced very quickly with or no need for spec tools. Pumpbody in cast iron. Pumphead in stainless steel. Self-adjusting shaft bearings with double roller rim. For-ged steel connecting rods with antifriction bearings. Crankshaft in nitrided, hardened and tempered alloy steel. Guide pistons in surface-treated steel. Plungers in stainless steel with ceramic coating. Valves totally mode in stainless steel.

Pressure regulation
Built-in adjustment by-pass valve. Security valve and glycerine filled pressure gauge.

Water supply
Inlet for hose connection. Outlet for HP hose connection. Adaptor for more guns.

Filters
Selfcleaning double filter in bronze/stainless steel.

Electric panel
Painted steel box. Press-buttons for aut. Y/D starter. Emergency stop. Hours run meter. Flow-switch relay. Timer for stop delay. Control lamps.
